My Photoshop Document Presets Are Missing (2021)

I am new to photoshop but learning quickly. I've found that every time I close photoshop or restart my MacBook, all my saved document presets are removed and I have to put them back in. I find it's super common issue and I was wondering how I could fix this or when there will be an update patching this? I'm only on my 2nd week and it's not pleasant to hate something I don't know much of.

Hi, there some bugs in the 2021 version yet use 2020 for stable work and learning...regards

How do I get an older version? I've done some research, it seems like Adobe has been having this problem for some years

I have latest version Ps but still I have same issue. It is high time now adobe should have fixed this.
