My Photoshop + Illustrator won't open

Good evening,

I'd like your advise on following. I have two Adobe accounts. My Adobe plan was purchased with one of the accounts and been working fine until today. When I tried to open my Photoshop and Illustrator it asked me to Start my 7 day free trial or buy Photoshop / Illustrator using my other Adobe ID. 

Could you advise me with this matter?
