My problem is that Photoshop will not open on my computer. I am not Computer Savvy

I have been using Photoshop for years. Today mine won't open.  I recently connected to Adobe Cloud. 

What can I do? I need to do alot of Photoshopping for a deadline tomorrow.  Can we talk to real people - like on a phone?
