Hey guys
So this is my first attempt to create a .gif.
I thought this https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/how-to/make-animated-gif.html might help but I have a problem doing this.
So I want a static .png to be a background and then put a .gif on top of it and make it as one file.
When I try to import video frame layer the .gif file it says the file can't be opened.
And also the transparent background is not transparent when I import the .gif into photoshop.
