Need help to get a license plate number from a blurred photo [Locked]

Can someone please help me trying to get a plate number from this picture. This guy hit me and run and I want to find out his plate number.

Sorry that is not something we do on these forums, even it were technically feasible. You need to approach your local law enforcement.

Your photos are very blury on the area with the plate number. As far as I see you don't have a chance. 

It's a legal matter.  You must work with your local law enforcement agency. We cannot help you.
