Okay may sound so weird.

ah so when i used to open photshop on a drawing, the lines usually look all smooth.

i can usually zoom in and out with my pen just easily.

but for a few days  my photoshop been wonky.

when i open up, the lines are all jaggy and fuzzy, ONly can zoom in one way and not back up.

i fixed it before via turn my laptop off and leave it off for a while.

but it won't work right now.

please is there a way to fix it??

Could you please post a screenshot taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

As for resetting the Preferences:

»and is this a normal thing?«

S…t happens (in general and also with regard to computer programs); when it happens one can try to do something about it, which in this case means going through the basic trouble-shooting routines.

There was a reason why I requested »a screenshot taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible«.
