Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind telling us what you mean by Neural filters not being active in the application? Are you not able to locate the option or is the option greyed out? Which version of Photoshop are you using & which macOS version are you working on?

Please ensure you have the latest version of Photoshop installed on the computer. For information on known issues related to Neural filters, please check: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/neural-filters-feedback.html#Knownissuesandworkarounds

Regards,

Nikunj

I have a similar issue but with Windows 10.

Selecting Neural Filters opens the dialogue box but, although tantalisingly there, all beta options fail to activate. "Smart Portrait" cannot be turned "ON" and most other filters give an explanation of the effect but only allow me to confirm that "I'm interested".

What to do?
