Neural Filters: Photo to Sketch, etc. not working

Can anyone help... I've been trying to use the neural filters for weeks... I click NEURAL FILTER, then when I select PHOTO TO SKETCH or others, PS instead gives me a prompt to click "I'm Interested" ...and then nothing happens! It asks for feedback. Am I missing something? Why would Adobe give me a prompt to use something... and then not let me use it?

In the beta section of neural filters , there are some filters which are in a very early stage and can be tried, on the understanding that results may be variable. There are also some filters listed that are being developed, but are not yet ready for beta testing. Adobe is using the feedback option to gauge interest in those developments.

On a PC I seem to get a feedback dialog when I click the "I'm interested" button are you using a Mac? When I click Skip it goes away.

Thank you. At least now I know something isn't supposed to work... The feedback loop and button prompts don't imply it's a "survey" in any way!

Seems like a really bizarre way to gauge interest in something. Like puting an AWD button on a car, but then not having it actually work or provide any info that it's merely gauging my interest in using AWD.

 Bizarre. Utterly bizzarre.
