Hi, I can not use anymore the Neutral filters, because all neutral filters now are greyed and dissabled. I have this message: This filter is not supported on your system

I tried those fixes, but they didn't helped:

  1. I deleted the two folders of the plugins in Photoshop Settings folder. Then I downloaded again the plugins.
  2. Clean reinstallation of the gpu driver
  3. I used the Nvidia tool for full clean unistall of everything from Nvidia, and then I installed again the gpu drivers.
  4. I reinstalled all of Photoshop and installed it again.

    Please, help!
