purchase a plan down load PS and can't get support. Every time I get in touch with someone I am told their same BS. In two minutes we will connect you with someone in that can handle your request. Was on hold 41 minutes on the phone and again 51 mintues waiting that two minutes for support. POS is the simplest answer to what is going on here.

Just to add what Bojan has said - the support offered here is mainly from volunteers in the Adobe community. These are people who use and have significant expertise in the products and can make effort to help, not able to solve every problem but do try. Ocassionly, Adobe staff will visit the forums.
To get the best help in the forums, give as much detail as possible about the problem you're facing. That helps people who respond in giving an appropriate and valuable answer.
