New File and Save incredible slow! I use Photoshop to make a living. This way it's impossible.

When I want to create a new file it takes about 12 seconds to create.

When I want to save it take about 10 seconds to show the Save dialogue.

I got a new machine with RTX i9 32gigs of RAM 1 Terra SSD........

I cannot believe I am paying for this....what can I do ? Can someone help ?

I am tired of "use legacy". That doesnt work....

This sounds like corrupt preferences, which can result in strange and unpredictable behavior.

Preferences are vulnerable to corruption because they are resaved on every exit, as opposed to program files which are read only.

Save out actions, brushes and other settings you want to keep, before resetting.

Thank you... but it still doesn't work. It takes 20 sec to create a new file. Please see attached video 😞
