new Photoshop 2020 not opening

Hi,

I see a few has the same issue as me - just pointing this out from my end also.

I have done a reinstall but no luck - so irritating.

Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

Hi Jean,

We're really sorry for the launch issue. Which operating system you are on now (Mac Catalina / Windows 10)? You may try resetting Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps to resolve the issue.

I reistalled once again and without previous preference setup from Photoshop 2019.

All up and running now.

In fact, all Adobe programs become more and more buggy with each version.

The quality of the software it's at a historically low level.

I'm so full of 'stories' from the Adobe's support... the facts it's simple. errors and bugs as never happened before.

No day without some glitch, some failing to start or who knows what new issue. 

Hey Adobe.. wake up and make utilisable software.
