New Photoshop 2021 22.1.1 slow and unusable as expected

I can see posts everywhere from unhappy users complaining about Photoshop 2020 not being usable.
Any panorama (Space + LMB and drag) is a mission.
After updating my Photoshop to the new version 2021 22.1.1, I come through this to confirm that NOTHING has been done.
Adobe is creating new features for a USELESS software.

I really do not understand.
