New Photoshop Update 20.0.4. not available even after signing out and back in

Simply not there it Adobe Creative Cloud App. I have also clicked on the ellipsis many time to no avail. I have a very fast Internet connection.

What version do you have now (check help system info) and what operating system? All 20.0.x versions need to meet the system requirements here :

Photoshop system requirements

So for example, if you have windows 8 then the system will only offer version 19.1.x  not version 20
