New photoshop update not working

Hello,

I have quite a lot of problem with the new update Photoshop 22.1:

short commands are not working, save and save as functions are not working. I get "program error" all the time.

Tools are not working, like quick selection, correction tools etc. I work as a professional photographer and

need to get work to be done. Is anybody else having the same problem?

(I have closed the program, computer, restart etc, not helping 😞
