New Photoshop Update Trouble

Since the new PS update I Open and bring in a photo, but the screen is blank.  The photo is shown in my "recents", but I can't open/manipulate it.  Help!

Sorry that Photoshop 2021 is showing a blank screen. 

Would you mind deselecting the option "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
