New Release causes my displays to go black then come back on repeatedly

When using the Clone Tool, Spot Remover Tool several times my system's two displays start to blink to black then back on.  My System:  Windows on a MSI Prestige 1510SC computer Core i7 , 10th GEN, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with MAX-Q Desigh, 4GB GDDRS.
