New release has not fixed Load Library Error 126

I just installed the latest release for photoshop and it did not fix the Load Library Error 126.  2021 photoshop Error message has now infiltrated my 2020 photoshop and, if I start in 2019 and go to a plugin some will default back to 2021 and it freezes so all work is lost.

Would you advise I deinstall 2021 and 2020 and just use 2019 until you get it fixed? Or as a cloud member will it just keep updating?  Please advise, as this has been going on since 2021 was downloaded.
