New TrueType Font will not appear in Photoshop

I installed a TrueType font (High Voltage from Dafont) and it works in all other applications, including AI, but will not appear in Photoshop. I have tried resetting all preferences, reinstalling the font, clearing the font cache, etc. wouthout luck. 

Anybody have suggestions?

Are you using a Mac or a PC?
