New update errors and bugs

Hi I haven't had an issue in the past with photoshop until now. I installed the new update as I usually do when it comes out and when I did it messed with everything. I use this program for art and when I draw i usually resize the image with the transform tool. Now when I do that it breaks the entire app and nothing works. It won't save either. So I tried to uninstall the update hoping it would fix my issue when instead it made it worse. All of my presets are gone and my layout changed. Usually this would be an easy fix but now everything is different. The image sizing is different, the brush layout is different and the transform tool bug still freezes the app. What do I do to fix this as this messed up my entire app.
