New update features missing from menus

I updated PS this morning and all the new highlighted features like "Sky Replacement" and the new filters are missing from my menus.

The process to get sky replacment is "edit" then its just supposed to be there, but it isnt, also in the filters menu the Neural filters tab isnt there either. 

Does anyone know why I wouldnt have these?

Are you sure you are opening v22.0 ? Check Help>System info.

When you update you have the option to retain the previous version(s) on your PC alongside the new

If you updated , the new application should be available also. If you use a start menu or desktop icon you may need to replace or revise it to link to the updated app.
