New update won't allow zooming in & out from shortcut

I'm having issues to where once I downloaded the new update for 2020, now I can't zoom in or out when using a brush or clone tool. I used to be able to hit spacebar, command and click and now I can't do that. Any ideas?

What about preferences?!
Did you disabled the (Use Graphic Processor) option?!

I've never had this issue before, the graffics processor is enabled from what I see. I just can't use command, spacebar zoom when using a brush.
