New version freezes with type tool

My current version of Photoshop freezes when I use the type tool. I had to revert to my older version.

I have to go to Task Manager to shut the program.

Hi all depends on the system requirement if that is ok then it is a bug hope to fix it soon 2020 is good to use...regards
