Ever since the most recent update to Photoshop (2021) I have been unable to use the cropping tool at all. This is a big problem as most of my job is editing photos. Each time this happens I have to shut down the program in the task manager and restart the program to be able to use any of the other tools. Is there a solution to this problem yet?
I have had this type of problem also with the crop tool. Trouble shooting indicates the Layers are locked. I have been unable to unlock the Layers. Also I have to end the program with Task Mananger and restart.
