No access to Creative Cloud, Photoshop or Lightroom - Windows

Today i updated GEFORCE driver (co-incidence or not maybe), after that my creative cloud app said it needed to repai - tried to repair and it was stuck at 52%.  Restarted pc and new Photoshop v10 just crashes trying to open and tries to send an error report. Lightroom Classic actually opens (slow) but also generates a Crash Report notification. My Cloud App icon is no longer visible. I try to download the new one from Adobe when logged in but when trying to install it just dissapears half way through (tried several times).

 

Is it just me? i know there are some issues on the service status but nothing seems to mention the issues i am getting.

Edit - did a repair (again) of the app and it installed fine and now everything seems to be working again.
