I recently upgraded my camera from a Canon EOS 5d Mk3 to a Canon EOS 5d Mk4.....but when I upload photos from my Mk4 the images appear as ICONS only and not as thumbnail images  until I click on them. This is a real frustration when trying to select a specific photo from hundreds !! I never had this problem with the Mk . I am a photographer and not an IT Guru and am struggling to find the solution !!

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated
