No Context menu in Photoshop

good afternoon. after the last update, the context menu has disappeared (see attached file), which causes constant inconvenience in work. by the way, this drawback manifests itself almost after each update of Photoshop.

Are you using macOS? If yes, then please try to hover the mouse cursor on the top edge of the screen and let us know if the context menu appears on top.
