no puedo instalar photoshop en win 10 version 10240. No entiendo porque en teor{ia es cmpatible, el mismo creative cloud me indica que es compatible.

Hi Celeste,

Photoshop 2020 can only be installed on computers running on 64 bit operating systems, please check and makse sure that you're using the 64 bit version of Windows 10.
Also, please make sure that you've installed all available operating system updates.
