He probado a restaurar las preferencias y no me deja.

  • Try resetting preferences of PS
    • To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Option+Command+Shift as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.
    • Now see if you can save the files.
  • If not then try this
    • Close PS
    • Now while holding down the shift key open PS and click yes on the prompt.
    • Now try to work with PS

Photoshop CC versions: go to Photoshop CC>Preferences>General>Reset Preferences on Quit

and then restart Photoshop.

Cristina,

He reinstalado photoshop, y nada. Lo he iniciado pulsando cmd+alt+mayúsculas y nada.

Simplemente he ido a abrir un jpg y no funcionaba.

Desesperante.

Ahora si me deja importarla a photoshop.

Espero que os ayude.

Saludos.
