Not Compatible macbook pro 2012

New Here ,
Jan 25, 2021 Jan 25, 2021

Hi there,

I have Sierra and all the hardware requirements at least I think I do.

(13-inch, medio 2012)

2,5 GHz Intel Core i5

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

Also 80 gb space on my ssd card.

So why is photoshop not compatible

I also cannot install older versions, I already deleted my old version (2019).

Please help! Thanks in advance.

Hi

You need either Mojave, Catalina or Big Sur to run the latest version of Photoshop, you can however download CC 2019 from here

Hi Ged,

I cannot install Big Sur, Mojave or Big Sur unfortunately.

Those links you send me are not working.

You should be able to upgrade your macOS to either Mojave or Catalina.

Just be aware Catalina will not allow any 32 bit applications to run.

Thank you guys a lot! I fixed it with the download link using Safari, it was a Google Chrome issue.

For now I am using Photoshop 2019, I will try Mojave next time. I think I skipped the update too many times so that is why I have an old version... but I cannot install the newest one.

Thanks again for the quick help.
