O programa fecha toda vez que o inicio e começo um processo de edição

Sempre que eu inicio, ele vai normalmente até começar a usar as ferramentas. Parece que ele sobrecarrega e fecha. Já vem acontecendo a algumas semanas. Desinstalei e instalei novamente e o problema continua.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Please ensure you have all available Windows updates along with the latest version of Photoshop installed on the computer.

You can try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.
