With the release of APSB18-17 Adobe Security Bulletin - Photoshop CC 2017 has a new update (version 18.1.6). For offline sites how do I obtain that patch?
Justification: (CVE issued)
Better question is where can the community download offline "UPDATED" versions of Adobe CC 2017 patches?
Example:
Adobe CC 2017 (Version 18.0.0 - not updated)
Download legacy versions of Creative Cloud apps
or

Anyone?
Ok, I'll admit I rushed over the question and missed your point. So I checked with ProDesign. They used to offer the updates as a separate download, but with 2017 they do not because Adobe had not provided the offline installers

These are all the original base releases of the CC 2017 products… They do not include any updates.
In other words, almost all of the versions here end in “.0.” They were released in November 2016.

It should offer itself as an update to CC 2017 through the Creative Cloud Desktop app. That's the easiest way.
Otherwise try Manual > Other versions.

Sorry you did not read the context of the post - OFFLINE. CC Desktop App has no connection to the internet is the justification for this post. Thanks for the screenshots for ONLINE connections.

And at this point, that’s all we have. There are no other direct download links available.
We had hoped to provide direct download links for the CC 2017 updates as well, as we have in the past for prior CC releases, but Adobe has not provided offline installers for them.
You would need internet connectivity to sign in and activate, let alone update. If you are in a place with no wireless, you can get a hotspot plan with your mobile device and use it to run the updates by having it act as a wireless connection. I get 10 GB monthly and I'll bet there are better plans. You can't get by using a computer without internet access if you want to use Creative Cloud.
You can try Adobe Customer Care and see if they will make some sort of arrangement.

Gene,
Thank you for all the help... yeah I missed the 2017 offline link comments on the page. In order to best describe what I mean in reference to an Offline site please reference the Adobe Blog link below. The systems I am referring to will never connect to the internet... so I hoping someone in the community had dealt with this issue before.
Deploying Adobe CC Applications in Secure/Offline Environments | Public Sector Blog by Adobe
I will have to connect Customer Care to resolve the issue.
Thanks again for the help,
Chris

I see now. Secured systems that a government agency would use. I had never thought about that.
I hope you can connect with that department.
