I have CS6 on my iMac and it is grayed out and no longer accessible. I've downloaded the subscription version and would like to gain access to my photos. Can anybody help?

Hi

This sounds like two different issues.

What is your macOS? If you have Catalina, for instance, PS CS6 is not compatible.

Your images should still be in the same place on your HD. They are files and are not part of a specific version of Photoshop. If you know where you put them or if you can find them with Spotlight, you should be able to open them with the subscription version that you have installed.
