Older versions of Photoshop not available in the Creative Cloud desktop app

I need Photoshop version 19 to run AnimDessin2, apparently. I uninstalled my v21, assuming CC still housed older versions to install. Clicked the ellipsis for old versions but the options only go back to version 20. Does anyone have a solution? Cheers.
