One frame from a frame animation is cut off in MP4 after export

I created a frame animation, then copied the frames 3 times so that the MP4 would loop the animation after exporting. The problem is, in the exported video, one of the frames is cut in half for some reason -- but only in the second, third, and fourth loops, not the first. The frame appears fine in Photoshop itself, but not once it's exported.

Here is a link to the exported MP4:

Also, I'm on a PC running Windows. Any help would be appreciated!

A lot can happen when rendering MP4.

Can you replace the truncated frame with a good one from your first iteration and try again?

What happens if you export it to animated GIF instead of MP4?

It works fine as a GIF, but my supervisor specifically wants it to be an MP4.

I replaced the frame on each loop and exported, but then a different frame cut off. So I replaced that frame on each loop and it worked! Thanks for suggesting that, I wouldn't have thought to do that.

I got it to export normally, so it's resolved. But thanks!
