Changed code in Photoshop can imply changed calls to the video driver. This can expose latent driver bugs you didn't see before.

But before you complain to Apple about driver bugs, try to reset Photoshop preferences. The prefs file is resaved on every application exit, and errors accumulate. A corrupt prefs file can cause unexpected and erratic behavior.

Hi

There are issues with Photoshop version 21.2 to detect some GPU's and it has been reported to Adobe

https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/bug-in-photoshop-version-21-2-not-detecting-o...

The only option in revert back to  21.1.3.

Hopefully, Adobe will  fix the problem in next update
