OpenCL greyed out on my amd pc

opencl is greyed out on my amd radeon (tm) r5 graphics pc. And oil paint won't work. My drivers are up to date, I recently upgraded to photoshop 2021 but is still didn't solve the issue.

PLEASE I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP

Which hardware do you use?

Which operating system do you use?

Is your operating system up-to-date?

Which version of Photoshop do you have installed?

 

Does it works in the past? If yes what has been changed on your system before the error occur?

 

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 10 Pro 22H2 -- LR-Classic 13.2 - Photoshop 25.6 - Nik Collection 6.9 - PureRAW 4 - Topaz Photo AI 2

GPU (extract from GPU minimum requirements):

  • On Windows, a GPU with DirectX 12 support and 2 GB of GPU memory
  • On macOS, a GPU with Metal Support and 2 GB of GPU memory
    If your using an older graphics card or driver, GPU functionality in Photoshop may be limited or not supported.

Generally, consider using GPUs with an Average Ops/Sec of 2000 or higher on PassMark's GPU Computer Benchmark Chart.
