Opening a file and seeing it 4 times, but not quite..

Hi community. Hope you're doing well!

I have this issue with my PS (2021). When I load a file I get this:

When I switch View Mode (F) and return to the default mode it looks correct. But I have to always switch it, which isn't normal xD I've worked with PS for over 15 years. This is new...

When I zoom in or out this doesn't update the look:

Something is wrong.. anybody has/had this issue?

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Maybe this was it.. this fixed the issue at the moment. But turning it on again will not replicate said issue..

Unfortunately this is no proper solution as it invalidates GPU dependent features (like the Rotate View Tool, 3D Features and some Filter acceleration for example) but it indicates problems with the GPU driver or the OS.
