I am trying to open HEIC files from my Iphone on Photoshop CC - up to date through today 10/21/20 on my PC.  It says that the format is not supported by Camera Raw, although I read that Adobe does support this format on this version of PS CC.  I have rebooted after the update, but still get the message that the File format is not supported by Camera Raw.

It works on the Mac version but not Windows, it is rare that Adobe don't offer feature parity unless leveraging an OS specific function.
