WIe kann ich die obere Obtionsleiste zurückkriegen? Habe diese beim Versuch sie zu fixieren aus dem Rahmen gezogen

Try resetting the Workspace or changing it (for example Window > Workspace > Essentials).

I've tried this a couple times but it didn't work.

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far? 

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Hey thank you for your tips. I had to delete the program. Now its back again
