Pan while making polygon selection broken in version Version: 21.2.3 20200902.r.308 2020/09/02

The latest version I have active: Version: 21.2.3 20200902.r.308 2020/09/02 no longer allows you to pan using the space bar (hand) when zoomed in and making a selection. Moving to the edge of the viewing redicle does however pan towards that location. Please fix this.

At least that tool and many other will auto pan when you reach the image window edges. The Lasso tool do not that tool is really broken in 21.2.3.  The H spring shortcut also does not work with these tools now.  Please open a bug report with Adobe photoshop_family
