Me acabo de descargar photoshop (ultima version 2021) y la iniciar cualquier trabajo se ve lka pantalla negra, al importar fotos estas se ven negras. No se como solucionarlo.

Presumably, you have plenty of RAM and spare disk capacity.
Try unticking in Photoshop preferences "Use Graphics Processor" found under the Performance tab.
