Is there a way to paste across multiple files at once? I need to put my watermark on multiple images, but don't want to paste on every single file. Can I just open all of my files and paste on everything? Thanks!

Paste would not be a good way to batch process your watermark onto you images if you have different size and aspect ratio images. You most likely would want to size and position the watermark for the image being processed.  A simple action could watermark you image.  You could than use the image processor  script from Adobe Bridge menu  Tools>Photoshop>Images processor. Where you first select the thumbnails for the images files you want to watermark.  The image processor would then  process the files select in the bridge and save watermarked Image files of the image to where you want them saved fitted to any size you need. The action may be very simple like use is a script to watermark the current document. I have posted a script the is easy to modify to use your watermark. Your Watermark files will be placed onto the image sized for the image and position the the bottom right corner by my script.  The action could re-position the watermark layers and add a layer style if you wanted to.

PlaceWatermark.jsx

#target photoshop;

app.bringToFront();

var logoFile = "~/Desktop/JJMack.png"; // Watermark file should be large for resize down works better than up

var LogoSize = 10; // percent of document height to resize Watermark to

var LogoMargin = 1;                                         // percent of Document height the Watermark should have as a margin

placeWatermark(logoFile, LogoSize, LogoMargin);             // Place Watermark  into the bottom right of document

function placeWatermark(Image,Size,Margin){

  if(!documents.length) return;   // if no document return

  try{

  var doc = app.activeDocument; // set Doc object to active document
