Path tool problem

The path tool in photoshop is not good from version 22.3.

problem : Anchor point operating only in work path.

                Anchor point not operating after New path.

1. Implement new path -> continue only new path component.

This problem is very serious from me.
because I use new path after using path tool.
but This version is allow new anchor point only for work path.

I think This problem have to resolve.
