pen keeps typing 3333 and **** in Photoshop - Settings of the brush or layer change to 33% randomly3

Hi

I've got a strange problem and I hope someone can help!
I'm using my Wacom Cintiq 24 with my Classic Pen and Photoshop 22.3.1 on my MacBook Pro (Big Sur 11.0.1) as usual.
When drawing in Photoshop my layer and brush settings (like opacity and flow) randomly change back to 33% while drawing - which is super annoying and I keep changing it to 100% but it goes back suddendly.

I found out that when i go to a type bar in Photoshop (like the one under "help" or a searchbar) – hovering with the pen – it is constantly typing threes or stars (e.g: 333333*****33333).

I tried restarting Photoshop and my Macbook, reinstalling my Wacom Pen and the Wacom driver but nothing changes.

Why is this and what could I do about this?!
I can't work like this, it's super annoying...
