Pen Pressure not working

 Hello, tried to make the Pen Pressure from the Brush Settings to work after browsing a lot(videos, this forum a little and articles)  all they seem to mean tablets but im trying to use it with only my mouse, and I am not able to fix it after hours. This was an issue not happening to me a year ago, but since the last day I wanted to try, so tried re-installing the application meaning deletting all the Adobe files to make a clean installation (from an error 143 I did fix), tried to get into windows properties if I did change something and nothing.

You can notice the "!" in pen pressure, my basic system specifications are: 
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6200U CPU @2.30GHz 2.40GHz
12GB RAM
64 bits

Hi

Pen pressure only works with a pressure sensitive Pen and Tablet, like a Wacom Tablet
