Pen tool problem

There is a stop during the Photoshop process.
It's the latest version, and it was the same in the previous version.
I hope you can solve this problem. When it stops, it doesn't work again, so the work you were doing flies away. It is terrible.

This is a user Forum, so you are not really addressing Adobe here, even though some Adobe employees thankfully have been dropping by.

You have not given a very useful description of what actually happens so far, please try to provide more details.
