Hello, I had a problem that is that one day I entered photoshop and all the settings that I had set were restored and since then photoshop and very slow and when wanting to add an image it appears too small and appears to me a "progress" bar.

The preferences files may have gotten corrupten; which is one reason to save one’s custom Presets (Brushes, Actions, …) regularly. 

But just to make sure: You are definitely running in the same OS user account? 

What have you done about Photoshop performance and Scratch Disk settings so far?
