I had been using perspective wrap for my art. All of a sudden it does not work. I tried to ask for a demo and no help. What should i do?

What version of Photoshop and OS you are using, in first place?

I don't know the version. I just installed it last week. I have winows10x.

There was an issue with perspective warp in version 22.3.1 but that issue has been fixed in version 22.4

I just installed photoshop. I know how to use the basic tools but most of them are not working for me? Such as perspective wrp. What should i do?
