Photo restoration help

Good day all. I have no business being here as I dont know anything about photoshop. But I am in dire need for a photo restoration of an old photo of my grandfather's. The photo is all we have as visual memory of him and his family. I really appreciate if someone could help me. If someone is willing to help, let me know,

Hi Neil.  I suggest that you paste the image here in as high a resolution as you can manage, and see what happens.  Very often people will have a go just for the practice, and you have nothing to lose.  Otherwise, Retouch Pro is were to go for the real experts in this field
